Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

*Preliminary Planning for System Installations *Review field file with foreman or project manager to understand job requirements for materials and installation. *Ensure that job materials and equipment are ready before starting work. Installation of Cathodic Protection Materials *Comply with all company policies, regulatory safety regulations, and code requirements. *Operate construction equipment job to meet job specifications and customer requirements. *Notify construction foreman of unanticipated field changes and suggest possible alternatives. *Restore jobsite to conditions found prior to beginning work. Additional Responsibilities *Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely at all times. *Report vehicle and equipment maintenance requirements to construction foreman. *Repair damaged equipment as directed by the construction foreman. *Inform construction foreman at every fiscal year of new capital expense requirements. *Document and record IFTA mileage reports for monthly tax payments by the company. *Maintain a valid driver*s license and earn a CDL driver*s rating. *Maintain continuous and profitable working relationships with customers. *Participate in weekly toolbox safety meetings and document equipment safety inspection audits. *Attend company-sponsored safety training seminars and educational programs. *Document deficiencies in safety practices/equipment to the construction foreman. *Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

*Achieve at least 1 year of verifiable experience in cathodic protection installations. *NACE certification as a Corrosion Tester preferred.
